Shipping
Where do you ship from?
We currently ship from Fairbanks, Alaska. Our family is a military family and we do move every few years, so our location may change in the near future.
All items come from a smoke free and pet free environment.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship to locations in the United States and APO/FPO addresses.
Do you combine shipping?
Yes! If your order status is still unfulfilled, and you place another order, we will automatically combine your open orders as long as they are shipping to the same address, and we will refund excess shipping charges.
Returns
Do you offer returns?
Due to the nature of these items, we are unable to offer returns. Please see our return policy here.
If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us right away so we can correct the issue.

Do you offer installment payments?
Yes! We currently offer Shop Pay Installments on order of $50 or more.

Do you offer customs?
We do! We love making custom pieces to make sure you are getting exactly what you are looking for! Custom orders may take longer to make, so please make sure to reach out with plenty of time before your custom piece is needed.
We do reserve the right to deny custom orders if they go against our business morals and standards.
